Discover the basics of crochet. Learn about the tools, materials and stitches used to make basic crochet items. Total class time is 4 hours.

Skill Level Required: none; except the desire to learn!

Here is what you will learn in the class:

• Slip knot
• How to Chain
• Single Crochet
• Double Crochet
• How to read a pattern
• How to weave in ends

Materials supplied by Yarn Twisters:

• pattern for Basic Crochet Dishcloth by Clair Thorley
• 5mm crochet hook
• 1 ball Estelle Sudz
• tape measure
• darning needle

Materials supplied by students:

• pen or pencil to take notes (if desired)
